Payment Options
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Diva Lace Front Wigs accepts all forms of payments thru PayPal to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY.
When placing your order the shipping address must match the billing address in order to prevent fraud. If you do not have a paypal account, please call us to place your order telephonically. We also accept cash and credit cards. Wire- Transfer - Money Gram Payments are accepted. Please contact us prior to purchase for instructions.
Repair Service Wigs sold by Diva Lace Front Wigs may be serviced for a $150 fee. Upon receipt of the wig, we will evaluate if the wig may be serviced. Services available include reventilation (adding hair) and sewing of small tears in the lace. In order to submit a repair, call 404-467-0869 to receive a Repair Service Number. All wigs must be sent without any glue or tape residue, any wigs sent in that condition will be returned to sender. Repairs take upto 12 weeks.
Return Policy
Adhesives, Solvents, and Shampoo's are non refundable.
Lace Frontals and Full Lace Wigs may be returned within 3 business days for a store credit or exchange only. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping for returns. The exchange must be of equal value or more. If the cost of an item is more than the exchange, you must pay the difference.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Please be advised, in the interest of public safety, we cannot accept returns of used hair goods.
How will my Lace Wig and Items be Packaged?
Your full lace will arrive beautifully packaged with written instructions.
All lace wig adhesive and solvents will be shipped carefully packaged.

Shipping & Handling/Delivery:
All Lace Front Units are ship from our Atlanta, Georgia location the same business day, if the order is received by 4pm EST via FedEx 3-4 Business Day Delivery Service. All orders received after 4pm are shipped the next business day. All other products are shipped via United States Postal Service and delivery time is 3-5 business days.
If you would like overnight shipping, please add a $49 shipping icon to your cart.
A signature will be required for any package containing an item of value over $500 or any wigs sent overnight via FedEx. If you’re unable to be home for the delivery, you may pick up the package at your local Fedex location. Contact us with any question in regards to special arrangements at 404-718-0069.
All adhesives valued under $100 are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
How soon do you ship items?
We ship purchased items 5 days a week- Monday through Friday. 4pm EST is the cut off time for Fedex and United States Post Office shipments.
If an item is ordered and overnight shipping is selected on Monday at 3:30pm EST, it will ship on Monday, and you will receive it Tuesday. However, if the transaction is completed at 4:30pm the item will ship the next day on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday.
