Wholesalers are eligible to receive a discount off the published list price of all our Lace Front Units
and Accessories. To receive the Wholesaler discount, you must fill out the application form. As soon as
your application is approved, you will receive your purchase code that will provide you discount on
our products
Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC. reserves the right to accept or decline Wholesaler Program applications
without explanation.
Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC. reserves the right to terminate a Wholesaler's account at any time with
immediate effect if it's found that Wholesaler is exercising any of the Improper Business Practices listed below.
Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC. reserves the right to change the rate of Wholesaler discount percentage and/or
the products included in the package, although we will not do so without giving prior notice to existing Wholesalers.
Wholesaler must be placed logged in as a wholesaler on our website AND Wholesaler must purchase at least 3 units within a 30 day
period to stay within the Wholesaler Program as an active merchant.
Discount rates are calculated for monthly sales starting on the 1st of the month. Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC.
reserves the right to vary this discount schedule from time to time as it sees fit, without notice. All
Wholesalers will be notified of a change in current schedule before it is implemented

Using unsolicited email (and/or spam) to promote Wholesaler's business or products sold.
Linking to Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC. products from sites that contain sexually
explicit or any indecent, obscene or clearly offensive material
Promote any illegal activity, promote violence or discrimination providing customers with insufficient
or misleading information about business, products, trademarks or copyrights
Any other method of promotion which, in our judgment, is likely to bring Diva Lace Front Wigs, LLC.
into disrepute
